Where do I get it?

It’s free, and iPhone-only for now. Download Zuii on the App Store, or search “Zuii” there.

How do I log a spot?

Tap + at the bottom, take a photo or pick one from your library, and Zuii uses the photo and your location to figure out the spot. Pick Coming back, It’s fine, or Never again, then Face-off against spots you’ve already been to. That’s it: it’s on your list.

Where can I log spots?

Anywhere in Taiwan, including Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.

Where do S, A, B, and C come from?

Spots only face off against the same kind of food: ramen against ramen, noodles against noodles. Spots without a cuisine tag go in Other (like Other meals). Each kind gets its own S-tier: 15% of the spots you’ve logged in it (Never again doesn’t count), at least 1, going to your top Coming back spots. The rest of your Coming back spots are A. It’s fine is B. Never again is C. Your rankings come from every Face-off you do.

Can I log without a connection?

Yes. Offline logs are saved on your phone and sent automatically once you’re back online. If a spot hasn’t been identified yet, pick it from the prompt at the top of My List once you’re connected.

Who can see my logs?

Strangers only see your name, profile photo, taste card, the names of your S-tier spots in each category and your My Four S, with your taste card as of the day before and your S-tier spots and My Four S as of 3 days before, so they can’t tell where you are today. One-liners, photos, times and who you went with are friends-only by default. You can set a single log to Friends of friends or Public; it shows on the spot’s page, and we do our best to blur faces in its photos. If “Let Zuii feature me” is on (on by default for accounts created from October 4, 2026; you can turn it off in Settings), Public logs may also show up on Zuii’s official accounts and website. Details in the Privacy Policy.

I’m in someone’s photo

You can get it handled even if you’re not on Zuii: report it in the app as “I’m in this photo” or email hi@zuii.app (with a screenshot, or the spot and rough date). We first take the photo out of view beyond the poster’s friends, then handle it within 24 hours.

Someone is making me uncomfortable

Tap ⋯ or Report on their comment, log, or profile to report or block them. Once blocked, neither of you can see the other. We handle reports within 24 hours.

Something’s broken, or I have an idea

In the app, tap Roast Zuii in Settings or on Me: tell us what’s broken, where you got stuck or what you’d add, with a screenshot if you like. We’ll let you know when it’s fixed. You can also email hi@zuii.app.

I run a restaurant, or I’m not on Zuii

If you have a concern about a log or a share image, email hi@zuii.app with a screenshot or the spot’s name. We reply within 3 business days. Share images are made and posted by users themselves, so we can’t delete posts on other social networks. What we can do is take down that log’s one-liner and photos, and suspend the account when needed. Place details like names and addresses come from Google.

How do I delete my account?

Me → Settings → Delete account. You can cancel within 7 days; after that, all your data is deleted for good. Want a copy first? Use Download my data before you delete.
